Overview
The Office de la Formation Professionnelle et de la Promotion du Travail (OFPPT) is Morocco's public vocational training operator. It is not one exam: trainees enrol in a diploma course (formation diplômante), a short qualifying course (formation qualifiante) or an evening course (cours du soir), and the diploma is awarded when the course ends. The OFPPT site describes its offer as open at several levels and in hybrid, residential and work-based (alternance) modes, alongside a vocational baccalaureate and a lower-secondary pathway.

Levels or stages
The OFPPT site lists these levels:
Technicien Spécialisé: a 2-year course for baccalaureate holders, graduates, or trainees coming through the bridge system (système de passerelles).
Technicien: a 2-year course for students at baccalaureate level, or trainees coming through the bridge system.
Qualification: a 24-month course for students who have completed the 3rd year of lower secondary school (collège), or trainees coming through the bridge system.
Spécialisation: open from the 6th year of primary school.
Baccalauréat Professionnel: open to students from the common-core year onwards.
Parcours collégial: a pathway for lower-secondary students to find their vocation and be guided to a trade.
Short qualifying courses last three to nine months and add to initial training. Evening courses lead to a diploma the site describes as equivalent to the daytime one.
