Terms of Service

Last updated 26 September 2026

Welcome to Padhantu. By using our website you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who we are

You can reach us at padhantuofficial@gmail.com. See Contact for details.

Using Padhantu

Padhantu provides previous-year exam question papers together with answers for study and revision, practice tests, exam guides and IELTS preparation. You may browse and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial learning.

Your account

Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Sign in only with an account you own, and keep it secure. Plans and Boosters are tied to the account they were bought on and are for your personal use only; do not share your account.

Paid plans and auto-renewal

Each exam has its own plans, described on that exam’s plans page; start from our Pricing page to choose an exam. Speaking Boosters are described on the IELTS plans page. Prices are in Indian rupees; Padhantu is not registered for GST, so no GST is added. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

  • The Weekly plan and the monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each period, by UPI AutoPay or card, until you cancel. Plans of 3 months or longer are one-time payments and do not renew.
  • You can cancel a renewing plan at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Speaking tests included in a plan are for use during the plan period; unused tests do not carry over to the next period.
  • Boosters add speaking tests to your current plan period. They can be bought and used only while you have an active plan, and they expire when the plan period they were bought in ends.

Price changes

We may change our prices. If the price of your plan changes, we will tell you before your plan renews at the new price, so you can cancel first if you do not want to continue.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except in the cases set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Delivery of paid access is described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Scores are estimates

IELTS bands and scores shown on Padhantu are automated estimates for practice. They are not official IELTS results and do not predict your result in a real test. Padhantu is not affiliated with IELTS, the British Council, IDP or Cambridge.

Acceptable use

When using Padhantu, please do not:

  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute our content at scale, or resell it.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Use the platform for anything unlawful or that infringes others’ rights.

Content and accuracy

We work hard to keep answers accurate and aligned with the marking scheme, but we cannot guarantee that every answer is error-free. Content is provided for study support and is not a substitute for your official syllabus or board materials. Spotted a mistake? Use the in-page feedback option — we fix reported answers quickly.

The Padhantu name, design, and the answers we author are our property or used with permission. Question papers remain the property of their respective examination boards; we present them for educational use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padhantu and the people behind it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, results, or opportunities, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
