Overview

In Belarus the driving theory exam is a qualification exam held at the traffic police (GAI) examination units under the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Exams run in order: the theory exam first, then the practical exam, and only someone who has passed the theory exam is allowed to take the practical one. The details below come from the ministry's exam rules, in the version registered on 25 July 2024, and from the Minsk GAI page.
